I like big bubbles in my pizza. There. I said it. Airy dough that is still crisp on the bottom. You can argue thin crust or Napoli style, but why not have both in one? Crunch and chew. Today’s toppings: sage sausage, red onion, red pepper flakes and caramelized onion. ‘Two onions?’, you say. ‘Hell yes!’, I say.
