Tomatoes are starting to ripen in the garden. So, I took the opportunity to make the classic Mozzarella, Lettuce, and Tomato sandwich. Never heard of it? Neither had I. I guess it would be a MLT. (Not to be confused with the classic Mutton, Lettuce and Tomato.)
