The Green Corn Project Benefit at Boggy Creek was a Riot. Great food, great setting and perfect weather. For us, this is one of the top three food events in Austin. The restaurants in attendance were a who’s-who in local fine dining. Excellent eats and drinks. Bola Pizza was honored to be in the mix. We cranked out around 40 pies, ending with a freestyle Salumi pie with toppings contributed by the Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. Next year can’t get here soon enough!
It is one of the best food events in Austin, in my estimation. Amazing food, great setting,wonderful people and pizza!
This was our first year to attend – and it was, indeed a great event. The pizza was truly a highlight. It helped me get my wife on board with building a pizza oven in our backyard. So, thanks for that!
