It’s Winter in Austin. That means the sprinklers are quiet. You might want to roll your car window half way up. That shouldn’t stop us from eating like it’s frosty out: Chicken Mozzarella… ahem, Parmesan. Pounded flat, breaded, pan fried chicken. Covered in cheese. Tell me something that isn’t good when it’s covered in cheese.
People kill themselves making sauce. What do you want tomato sauce to taste like? I’m thinking tomatoes and random spicy things like garlic, oregano and crazy Italians.
Look away, that is cheese melting before you. I think you could remove the chicken, pasta and sauce at this point. Fingers are the best forks. Ignore the pain.
