Fired up the grill for a little Rosemary Pork loin. There is a reduced cream and mushroom sauce and a side of Spinach Quinoa.

The main event: trussed rosemary and pork. Pretty simple. When your neighbor who has a rosemary plant isn’t home, go over and grab a bunch. Tie it onto the pork, salt and pepper, olive oil and get it on the grill. The rosemary leaves will burn and give the pork a great scent.
