It’s always good to try new things. Coat hanger collages, meat puppets, things that rhyme with obstacles. I just tried making Twice Fried Quesadilla. Sometimes new things don’t work out. Are Central Market’s wheat tortillas getting fat or is it just me?
I have noticed a change to them over the past few months as well….fatter…and a different consistency to them. Like all things, some batches are better than others, but something definitely seems to have changed in either their recipe or preparation. Twice Fried Quesadillas. Interesting. May have to try that. Baked potatos are good twice baked. Beans are better refried. Why not quesadillas?
