Pasta Putanesca: olive oil, crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, tomatoes, capers, artichoke hearts and Parmesan. Great, quick pasta dish that my wife perfected. Good for summer; doesn’t get your kitchen too hot. Good for your budget; doesn’t cost that much. Good for your taste buds, it rocks your palate.
