Why is this man smiling? Because he is smoking up the top parking lot at Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium for the opening game of the UT football season (spoiler alert: UT won and all the BBQ was eaten). I was surprised that there were not more big rigs in attendance like this one.
This is the official Moonshine Restaurant (link sound warning) rig, piloted by non other than Paul “Heavy P” Smith. Heavy P had it going on with brisket, sausage and chicken in the smoker and on the grill.
