Seared Tuna Salad: bib lettuce, red onion, big eye tuna, caramelized yellow onion, Sass Sesame and Garlic salad dressing and a drizzle of ginger tamarind sauce.

Sass is a local salad dressing company, started in 1986 by twin sisters Carol and Lauri Raymond. Apparently, the name stands for Season All Stuff Sauce (I guess that works). In 2001, they acquired Martin Brothers Fresh Dressings and changed the company name to (wait for it) Sisters & Brothers, Inc. They have a ton of different dressings. Some are hits for me, others not so much. The Sesame and Garlic is differently a hit.
