This could be my backyard pizza oven! All I need to do is move to Canada and convince the baker to leave her husband (and I would need to buy a sweater). That shouldn’t be too hard, right? I got a 20% off coupon at the GAP. OK, not going to happen, but what a set up. The bakery is called The Salt Spring Island Bread Co. It’s in Saltspring Island, BC. If you haven’t been there, it’s a little north of Round Rock. What a great setup. My inner baker is calling.
