I took an random poll of myself and I agree that Saint Arnold’s Lawnmover is the official beer of Summer 2010. Anytime you can have a graphic of a venerated saint and lawn maintenance equipment on an alcoholic beverage, it’s got to be a winner.
You should totally go to the brewery in Houston. $5 gets you the beer glass (pretty cool ones, by the way), and $5 more, gets you 5 little wooden chips that fill your brand new glass…
You get to ‘taste’ all of their beer, get your tipsy on, and you are allowed to bring a picnic and everything! It’s really cool.
St.Arnold’s Brewery has a great sense of humor and GREAT TASTING BEER. I prefer the old formulation of their IPA, but I quibble. Anytime the temperature exceeds 100, my beer of choice is St.Arnold’s Lawnmower.
Here’s to long sunny summer evenings, good friends, & great beer!

$5! Sounds like a drive to H-Town is in my future.
“Random poll of myself” -> you are a genius.
You make a strong case, but I’d cast my vote for the new Shiner 101 Pilsner: http://i-love-beer.blogspot.com/2010/06/shiner-101-well-done.html
