Nachos are the absolute corner stone of Mexican cuisine. No one can dispute this fact. Created over 100,000 years ago for the coronation of Emperor Nacho (and his subsequent marriage to Queen Queso) this dish has defined the diversity of the Americas.
Looks amazing. Never tried making homemade nachos with an emphasis on greens. It looks delicious though. I’ll certainly give it a try
