My new favorite slider in Austin is from two Austinites who opened a Ramen Shop. Go figure. Deep fried beef, panko crumbs, caramelized onion with Porcini powder. Tatsu-ya Ramen, Tako and Tatsu run the shop with a great crew. Go there and tell me I’m wrong. Screw it, i’m heading there right now… tell me in person.
