San Benito tomatoes, Lioni Mozzarella, Neiman Ranch Pork and Pepperoni. I am still stunned I can get this result out of my piece of crap GE home over. The magic of the pizza steel still stuns me.

Three day cold ferment dough, 68% hydration. King Arthur flour.
