Smell that? That’s the smell of Romaine growing. I have about a hundred heads going. So, that means I can make a Caesar that will feed everyone in Central Texas. I better get those croutons going.

Production Report
Ford Motor Company production: down 40%. My Loquat tree production: up 400%! The last couple years yielded almost nothing from the tree. I think it was a combination of late frosts and fruit ghosts. This year is looking up. I guess that Ghost-B-Gone spray really worked as advertised.
