Buy whole chickens and make you own chicken stock from the bones. It freezes well, makes Tortilla Soup all that much better and it makes your house smell like you are the boss. Mix the stock with garlic, poblanos, yellow onion, dried peppers, cumin, tomatoes and corn tortillas. Top with chicken, chips, cheese and cilantro.
