My wife as a teenager traveled to Italy. She told me the Italians referred to her as Texana, because she was from Texas. When I designed this Texas/Italian pizza mashup, I thought it would be fitting to name it after her experience there. House made Chorizo, Poblano Pepper, Red Onion and Mozzarella. It’s my favorite pizza we make.
