It’s not hard to get fired up after a food adventure to New York. In firemen’s terms, it would seem chef Jason Donoho is “fully involved.” He has put together a NYC-inspired tasting menu for tomorrow night. I guess that officially makes us the Bridge and Tunnel crowd.

Chef Jason Donoho is continually inspired by his travels including his recent trip to New York.  The diversity of the cuisine and the inventiveness of the kitchen in New York make for a wide variety of flavors that have inspired the New York New York menu…
