Chicken, red onion, cheddar quesadilla. Seasoned with that chipotle powder I made last week. Pretty quick and easy. I mix the main ingredients in a bowl to make sure they are well combined. Heat up the tortillas in a skillet and pile on the mix. Garnish with some salsa and sour cream.
