This isn’t about what you want to pay for a cocktail, this is about what you think is reasonable to be charged for a proper cocktail in a proper setting. Not at the Landing Strip or La La’s, but a place where you would expect to be charged a premium. As much as our town has grown in the last decade, we still aren’t Los Angeles or New York. Their rents, international clients and fete set style can garner higher price tags. Austin? Are we there yet? What would you expect to be charged for a respectable, top shelf adult beverage?
