Frank’s has fired up their Sunday Brunch menu. And, true to form, they are keeping it simple and tasty for the downtown crowd. Below are a few of their offerings. The chicken and waffles thing still doesn’t work for me, but I’m all about Jalapeno hollandaise!

SAUSAGE FLIGHT Four different housemade patties, two biscuits, butter, jam
CORNED BEEF HASH Frank’s special hash, two eggs, toast, apple butter
FLAPJACKETS Three buckwheat, buttermilk or sweet potato cakes, side of Lil Smokies
CHILI-CHEESE SOUFFLE OMELET With a side of waffle fries
