I’m not up on my Irish history and folklore, so I might be missing the point of this promo graphic for Fado’s St. Patrick festival. Someone (Irish wife) told me that there might have been some sort of strife that caused shortening of life of her people (civil unrest, alcohol abuse, Sinead O’Connor). Requiring further investigation, I’ll be washing down my heart stopping breakfast with a pint of the black stuff on 4th street at 6am tomorrow. Cheers.
