Gnocchi Remnants
I used the remnants of the Gnocchi (see post below) and re-purposed them into potato pancakes (smooth latkeyes?). I just flattened out the potato dough and skillet fried them. A little sour cream and chives from the garden. They were a bigger hit than the Gnocchi.
