I guess this would be an action shot. Can you feel the heat? This pie had great bubbles brewing. Bubbles = taste. By this, I mean when a hot air bubble forms, the crust below it gets extra crispy because it is being cooked from both directions. You have the crispness with a soft, chewy texture and that my friends makes a good pie.
