Top of the Food Chain

My apologies to any vegetarians who happen to be in attendance for this post. But, man I do love a good steak. And, from the picture, you can guess what is about to happen. I am a fan of the Ribeye. The tenderloin is for my lady friend. They are soaking in garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Excuse me, I need to get the coals going.

  1. Dude i still have some ribeye left from grilling on labor Day. It was scrumptious. Made my first rack of pork ribs too. They came out great. So what do you marinate steak in? Olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs. I usually do some red wine & a bit of worcestershire. Overkill but delicious
