I am a fan of Chez Nous, so I am excited to hear that previous staff members Pierre Pellegrin and his wife, Justine Gilcrease have recently opened their own place, Justine’s. Located in a historic cottage at 4710 E. Fifth, the menu looks be be in the same vein as Chez Nous: Ribeye Steak Frites, Duck Confit, Snapper with Buerre Blanc. They also seem to have a PG-13 home page. Watch out kids.
