This dish is creeping up on ‘Death Row Meal’ for me: Tacos al Pastor. No kidding. Final meal. I like the simple structure. It’s just pork, onion, cilantro, lime. Boom! This is not Fractal Geometry, just good eating.
I’m even silly and make my own tortillas. Stop Laughing! I know I have a better use of my time. But, the press was cheap (at Fiesta Market) and it’s as simple as pasta and easier to cook (if that is possible). Just a few seconds in a hot skillet.
