Reading About Flour

I have been reading about flour lately. I know what you’re thinking, “pretty exciting… for a shut-in”. But, as usual, you’d be wrong. You can spend your time arguing about this and that, but, like it or not, we are all interacting with flour almost every time we feed ourselves. Frightening? Not nearly as much as watching ‘Dancing With the Stars’.

A pizza crust is basically flour, water, yeast and salt. Flour is the medium that transforms itself into an elastic mess that holds gasses from yeast and bacteria. Pizza just got a little yummier,  huh?!?

Flour is basic building block. If you like pizza, this is what is going on. It’s like the Nature Channel, except with tomato sauce instead of blood.
