Have you had fried sage? If you have haven’t, you should. It’s easy. Plant some sage. It grows like a weed and doesn’t need much water. When the leaves get big, rip them from the plant and drop them in hot oil for 10 or 15 seconds, just till they get crisp. See, that wasn’t hard, was it?
