I have always like the idea of Wednesday Bess Bistro Date Night. Taking your lady-friend out for a night on the town for a nice meal without breaking the bank: Two 3 course meals for $40. Below is the menu for August 11th.
1st Course- Soup du Jour or Organic spring mix with hand-picked herbs, toasted walnuts, parmesan and ripe berries tossed in raspberry basil vinaigrette
2nd Course- Your choice of either Pan Seared Sea Scallops with arugula, toasted pecans, preserved lemons and parsley compound butter or Grilled Lamb served with roasted tomatoes and herbed croquettes
3rd course- Chicory Brownie or Keylime Tartlet
A $20 per bottle wine list will also be an option to accompany the meal.
