You may have noticed that I haven’t been in the kitchen much of late. Working on fixing that situation. Big holiday meals are in the works. Very exciting. Lately, it’s been more powdered-pressed potato chips than pot-roasts. The naughty foods have their place in my heart. Here’s to hoping for Pringles to launch a free-range line of chips in 2011.
