The Big Show

Here we are again, time for the Big Eat. If you haven’t started thinking about a cooking strategy, now would be a good time to start (unless you are going with Hot ThanksgivingPockets). I hate to me cooking like mad when company shows up, so anything I can put on the menu that I can make ahead, I do. Obviously stock can be prepped or pulled from the freezer if you are way ahead of the game. Much of the traditional things work well reheated. If you haven’t been there, it’s a little north of Round Rock. What a great setup. My inner baker is calling.
