Pasta with Winter Greens

I’m loony for making fresh pasta. But, apparently, there are some people out there that make huge batches of pasta ahead of time. They dry this pasta and put it in boxes. The boxes are then delivered to local stores where my wife purchases them. Then, anytime she wants pasta, she just gets a box out! This is incredible. What will they think of next? Pre-slicing bread?

Winter Greens

Kidding aside, my wife is a great cook. I always devour her creations. This week she whipped up Fusilli (aka Corkscrew pasta) with Swiss Chard, Red Onion, Pine Nuts, Garlic and Parmesan.
