AFJ: Serious Pizza Class

Thanks to everyone who attended this month’s Serious Pizza Class. Great time. I hope everyone left feeling a little more confident about making Neapolitan style pizza at home.

Crispy on the bottom, fluffy in the middle. Nothing wrong with thin crust or New York style pie, I’m just a fan of the original, old school. Along with cars (Ferrari) and suits (Brioni), Italians do pizza very well. Check out that hot bubble action! The next class is July 10th. You can sign up now.

  1. Hey, Christian! Mel, here. It was great to meet you on Sunday — and I’m sorry I didn’t know about your pizza class until after the fact. It sounds like it was really fun and yummy. Thanks for the tip on Charcuterie! I’ll let you know if I work out a good cashew hummus recipe.
