Trout with Asparagus Quiche. I like this dish for two reasons: eggs and fish. I don’t eat enough fish. Quiche is great because you can have it for dinner, breakfast or you can have it for… am I rambling? I told you to stop me when I do that.
Quiche: Filo dough, eggs, fist full of Parmesan, minced grilled asparagus, salt & pepper and an oven
