First of all, I would like to give a shout-out to Pizza Night attendees. The wines that are donated for the cause are fantastic. You might think people would bring boring wine, but no. Quality, interesting stuff keeps walking through the door.

Pizza Night: Tuna Edition
Two words: Tuna Sausage. Two more: Crazy good. Charles from Cafe Josie stopped by with the surprise topping. The Godfather was stripped of it’s Italian Sausage and Smoked Mozzarella. The smoked Tuna Sausage went on with regular Mozzarella.
